We heard you—our contributor portfolio pages weren’t exactly something to write home about. It’s time to give your work the attention it deserves. We’ve been hard at work, and we’re excited to unveil the new and improved contributor portfolio page. Your revamped page has several new features all designed to help you share your work with potential customers. When you increase your visibility within creative communities, you’re better positioned to attract buyers and now you can now personalize and send this share-worthy snapshot of your content to your community.
See What’s New
Choose a bold image that represents what you produce or get creative and make something new—it’s completely up to you! Please note that banner images will be cropped when uploaded. The recommended height for the banner image is 238px and both JPG and PNG formats are accepted.
This is your chance to showcase the person behind the work. Display your favorite headshot, your logo, or something abstract—whatever you think will speak to potential buyers. Both JPG and PNG formats are accepted here too.
This is where you introduce yourself, that sweet company you started, what motivates you to shoot, or what you love doing most. This is your page so take it anywhere.
Search Functionality and Filters
Finally, visitors to your page can search within your portfolio. The search bar enables your biggest fans to find what they’re looking for quickly so they don’t have to sort through all of your work (unless they want to).
Steps for Success
Update your information
Upload your banner image, profile picture, and bio in the Account Information tab under Short Bio in your contributor account. The more information you add, the more of an opportunity you have to connect with visitors to your portfolio. If you contribute video clips and images, you will have a separate portfolio for each and your bio information will appear on both portfolio pages.
Share your work
Make your page marketable, share it with your community, and drive traffic to your video and images. Post on social media, networking sites, your website or anywhere else that creatives visit for resources and information!
As always, please contact us with any questions you have about getting started.
